- Set your personal goals
Decide what you want from your Maid2Clean business and make sure the business works in the way you want it to. This will enable you to have the lifestyle that you want to have. Make sure that you check in on how you are doing with your goals throughout the year to ensure you are on track.
- Decide how you want to operate your business
You can determine what income you want to bring in and how many hours you want to work and you can decide how you want to go about this. For example, if you don’t want to do everything yourself, one of our franchisees runs a Maid2Clean admin and call centre or you can outsource elements of your business using your own contacts.
- Generate local brand awareness through marketing
Marketing support is available through Maid2Clean and you’ll be provided with your own branded microsite with support along with access to branded Maid2Clean flyers. Many of our franchisees also use Google AdWords to generate new enquiries. You can decide how you want to grow your franchise and what is best for your area. We’ll be here along the way to offer support and guidance.
- Be determined and your business will grow
You need to be determined to create your sustainable franchise. Your business is in your hands and you’ll be in control of where you take it and how much it grows. At the beginning you’ll have to invest time and energy into getting your franchise off the ground, so you’ll need to be highly motivated.
