“My wife Heather and I both had full time jobs and we wanted to start a family. We didn’t want to be in the situation that most parents find themselves in, with large nursery bills and little time with our children. Initially we were looking to subsidise Heather’s wage, so she could work part-time.
To begin with we were both working full-time and put the hours in to grow our Maid2Clean business. We had a goal of where we wanted to be and where we wanted this to lead to. It’s been exciting fulfilling our goal. When the business first started to grow it was brilliant and we knew we were heading in the right direction.
Since 2013 Graham has done our admin for us through a Maid2Clean admin call centre he runs. Around 40-50 franchisees use this service. I do our marketing and recruitment of cleaners.
